As part of the ongoing “Days of Polish Science in Mechanicshed,” Dr. Piotr Dzierwa – an employee of the Institute of Computer Science at Opole University – gave an inspiring lecture entitled. “From Czochralski to quantum computers”.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to learn about the remarkable history of technology development – from Prof. Jan Czochralski’s breakthrough discovery, which became the foundation for modern electronics, to the latest developments in quantum computers. The lecture attracted great interest and was enthusiastically received by the audience.
